Payment in full for the stay will be made 48 hours before your arrival.
Cancellation and modification conditions
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. If you cancel your booking or don't show up less than 2 days before arrival, you will be charged the full cost of the booking.
- Early departures or modifications already at the hotel: Once check-in at the hotel has been completed, the total stay will be charged, with no option for a refund.
- Any price difference that may exist at the time of the change between the original and new stays will be the responsibility of the client. If the new stay turns out to be cheaper than the original, the client will not be entitled to a refund of the difference.

Cancellation and modification conditions
- Discounted rate that requires a deposit of 100% of the total booking.
- Prepaid bookings with a non-refundable rate will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Any request to extend the duration of your stay will be processed according to availability and in accordance with current rates.
- Any request to reduce the duration of your stay will be considered a partial cancellation and, as such, will be subject to the cancellation and interruption of stay procedures.
HOTEL CONDITIONS
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 12:00 PM.
- The minimum age for registration is 18. Presentation of ID or passport is mandatory for all guests.
- Children: Infants are considered to be between 0 and 1 year old, and children between 2 and 12 years old. All infants and children must be included in the total occupancy of the reserved room. Cribs are available upon request.
- Customer requests in the special requests section of the booking are never confirmed until an email is received from Blume Cruz Suites with this confirmation.
- No pets allowed.
- Smoking is not permitted throughout the establishment
- Parties/events are not allowed. Guests must be quiet between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Breakfasts are non-refundable and must be consumed within the established hours.
- The photos of the rooms shown on the website are of specific rooms and do not mean that the room assigned will be exactly the same.
- If the new booking has a lower amount than the current booking amount, the remaining balance will not be refunded.
- If the new booking has a higher amount than the current booking, the difference must be paid.
- The hotel is not responsible for information about Blume Cruz Suites on websites other than its own official website www.blumesuites.com
- Blume Cruz Suites reserves the right to rectify or cancel bookings in the event of fraud or hotel error, after prior notice. In such cases, Blume Cruz Suites will notify the customer of the error within a maximum of 48 hours, giving them the option of accepting the corrected booking or canceling it.
- Damage deposit: Upon arrival, a €200 damage deposit may be charged to your credit card. This deposit will be refunded within 1 day of check-out, provided no damage has occurred.
