- Purpose: To answer your requests for information, attend to your requests and respond to your queries or doubts received through the form or the direct link to the chat with our sales team.
- Legal basis: The processing is based on the user's consent when submitting the form or starting the chat.
- Retention: Your data will be kept in our databases for a maximum period of 6 months from the last interaction, unless the request results in a contractual relationship or it is necessary to keep them for a longer time to address possible liabilities.
