Our breads, baked every morning, are accompanied by simple and delicious options such as virgin olive oil, with that Andalusian touch, homemade honey straight from the honeycomb, or freshly crushed natural tomato.

Homemade treats and seasonal produce
Enjoy our homemade sponge cake, made by Miguel Ángel in his pastry shop in the Chamberí neighborhood.
You'll also find seasonal fruit, brought directly from the field and prepared every morning, and for cheese lovers, a very special offering: a raw sheep's milk cheese, made in a small village in Valladolid, with a unique texture and intensity.
