Before you come, we'll tell you everything

In this section, you'll find clear answers to the most frequently asked questions before your arrival at Blume Cruz Suites. Find information about reservations, check-in and check-out times, how to get here, services available during your stay, and practical details to make your trip as comfortable as possible. What are the reception hours?

The reception is open from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

From 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 a.m. we will assist you by phone at +34 91 360 83 75 and +34 657 93 98 99, and by email at info@apartamentosblume.com.

What is the check-in time?

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.

Early check-in is available upon request. In any case, we will be happy to store your luggage from 8:00 a.m. at reception.

What is the check-out time?

Check-out time is 12:00 pm.

Late check-out is available upon request and incurs an additional charge, which we will inform you of at reception.

How do I check in after 6:00 p.m.?

It's very simple. 24 hours before your arrival you will receive a unique access code to the hotel and your suite.

Please come to Reception the following morning so we can meet you and complete the official check-in.

What amenities do the suites include?

You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the utensils you need for your stay.

When are the suites cleaned?

The suites are cleaned every day, except for the kitchen.

Out of respect for the environment, sheets and towels are changed on the fourth day of your stay.

Can I wash my clothes?

We have a self-service laundry facility on the premises for our customers, which you can use during Reception hours.

Do they have a crib?

Upon request, we will place a crib with a double mattress and a baby bathtub in the bathroom of your suite for your baby.

Do you allow pets?

Sorry, but you'll have to leave your pets at home.

Is smoking allowed in the establishment?

Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the hotel.

Do you have an adapted apartment?

Upon request, we have a Standard Suite fully adapted for people with reduced mobility, equipped with:

  • Flat shower
  • Shower seat
  • Toilet with side rails
  • Spacious dimensions

You can access your suite from the ground floor by lift.

Notice: Access to the building is through an original 18th-century door, with a slope not recommended for electric wheelchairs.

Where can I park?

The Canalejas Public Parking is located 400 meters from the hotel. It has a lift to street level and electric vehicle charging stations.

The daily rate is €37.

Where can I leave my luggage?

We have a completely free luggage storage service at Reception.

What is the maximum capacity per room?

Each category has a maximum capacity that includes children and babies, and this capacity cannot be exceeded.

Each rate depends on the total number of occupants, so if you need to make any changes after making your booking, please do not hesitate to contact us.
